Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by the client

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice (South African Standard Time, SAST) before a scheduled lesson are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.

Cancellations by the tutor

If a lesson is cancelled by Carón Drake Tuition, the client will be offered a rescheduled lesson at no extra charge, or a full refund.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
