When you complete the enquiry form, the details you enter are collected: the parent or guardian's name, an email address, the student's year level, the qualification and examination board where given, the area in which support is sought, and your message.

No tracking or advertising cookies are used on this website, and no analytics profile is built about visitors.

Your details are used for one purpose only: to reply to your enquiry and, if tuition follows, to arrange and support that teaching. They are never sold, never shared with third parties for marketing, and never added to a mailing list.

Enquiries are held in a secure database that is not readable from the public website, and a copy is sent by email to caron@carondraketuition.com. Records are kept only for as long as they remain relevant to the enquiry or to ongoing tuition, and are then deleted.

When you accept the Tuition Agreement online, the following are recorded: the parent or guardian's name and email address, the pupil's name (typed by the pupil in the Student Commitment), the date and time of acceptance, the version of the agreement, and which boxes were ticked (that you intend to be legally bound and, if you chose it, that you ask for sessions to begin within the 14-day cancellation period). A copy of the agreement is emailed to you and to caron@carondraketuition.com.

To prevent misuse of the form, a scrambled code made from the visitor's internet address is saved with each acceptance and blanked automatically within two days. The internet address itself is not stored.

Acceptance records are kept while tuition continues and for two years after it ends, and are then deleted.

Tuition is delivered through Google Classroom, using an account set up in the parent's or guardian's name. Practice sheets, homework and the diagnostic are shared there, the pupil's completed work is scanned or photographed and submitted there, and marked work and written feedback are returned there. The pupil's work and personal details are used only to teach and to communicate about tuition. The pupil's work is kept after tuition ends, and is deleted if you ask for it to be.

You may ask at any time for a copy of the information held about you, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted. Write to caron@carondraketuition.com and the request will be dealt with promptly.
